History:

My career has centered on helping people identify their strengths and using them to achieve their goals.  Whether it’s about finding the right job or becoming a better leader, I’m committed to helping people move forward. 

After 20 years as an Executive Recruiter in the San Francisco Bay Area serving the financial services and technology industries, I returned to school to receive my coaching certification. 

My first big project?  Creating a highly successful coaching program for a large financial institution’s 3 largest call centers resulting in a 22 percent gain in customer satisfaction and soaring employee retention rates.

Since then, my clients have ranged from CEO’s of large corporations to start-up founders building successful teams.  After 22 years of coaching, I’m still passionate about helping people go from good to great!
